We greet you in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. CKCA is an assembly of born again believers from Kerala, South India, who worship our Lord Jesus in truth and spirit. We are proud to be the first full-fledged Malayalam Church in Calgary, Canada. Our worship services are in Malayalam and in English, and we invite you to join CKCA on Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings.

We are an assembly of believers that effectively communicate the gospel of Jesus Christ to all people in the community. We aim to teach and preach God's Word in order to help each individual to grow and develop into mature Christians. We desire to see people lead successful, well-rounded lives and be examples to others so that they may know the Lord Jesus Christ.

The purpose of CKCA is to establish and maintain a place for the worship of Almighty God, our Heavenly Father, to provide for Christian fellowship for those of like precious faith, where the Holy Spirit may be honored according to our distinctive testimony, and to assume our responsibility and privilege of propagating the gospel of Jesus Christ by all available means, both at home and around the world.

Pastor Kuriyachan Phillip born and raised as the son of a Pastor in India, committed his life to serve the Lord in his young age. After his theological education, he served the Lord as a pioneer and also as a Pastor of different churches in India, USA and Canada. As he serves the Lord at the Calgary Kerala Christian Assembly, he looks forward to fulfill the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ.

He is a renowned Bible Teacher. He was the Associate Professor at IPC Theological Seminary, Gospel For Asia Biblical Seminary, and a Visiting Professor in number of Seminaries in India and USA. With a vision to equip the saints to obey God’s call, a branch of Jameson School of Theology was initiated by him in Canada.

His heart goes out for mission work in the unreached villages. He has travelled to different mission fields in India and Nepal in order to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

He has published the Bible Othuvakya Samgraham (Malayalam Bible Concordance) , which is a reference resource for all the students of the Bible.

He earned his Master of Theology from Evangelical Theological Seminary, second Master of Theology in Missiology from Gospel For Asia Biblical Seminary , Master of Arts in History from Mahatma Gandhi University and is currently pursuing Doctoral studies at Faith Theological Seminary, USA.

His wife Dr. Sherley Kuriyachan was the Associate Professor at IPC Theological Seminary in India. She secured Doctorate/ Ph.D in Old Testament from McMaster University, Hamilton. They are blessed with two children Jeff and Jemie.
